Typical guest room in smaller tower

As you can see, with a little bit of housekeeping it almost appears that this room would be ready to use again. Many guests at this hotel complained of general lack of maintenance plus mold and pest problems, which would need more than minor house keeping to be properly mitigated. But aside from that, these rooms don't seem to be in terrible shape.
