Stinky letter box in the lobby

Near the check-in area was this letter box which interestingly appeared to have been sealed from the inside long ago. Above the letter box was an air freshener. Judging by the intense amount of water damage and mold that was known to have been a problem in this hotel in its final years, it is rather amusing that someone placed a tiny air freshener on the wall of such a massive open hotel lobby.
