Random pile of trash behind a storage shed

Perhaps at some point the hotel stopped paying for trash removal service. This is consistent with other places in the hotel in which bagged garbage was left to rot, especially in the Lake House. Then again it looks like a good amount of recyclable materials and construction debris mixed in there, as if this wasn't just general garbage.
