Presidential suite bed

It is very possible that Lyndon B Johnson slept in this very bed. He definitely stayed in this suite in 1966. In fact the perimeter fence was reportedly built by hotel management on request of the Secret Service. His visit to the area also caused numerous road closings as part of significant security presence nearby. Naturally, security was probably heightened since the Kennedy assassination three years prior.
