Elevator with damaged paneling and exposed lights
This elevator sat open, above the floor line, on the top floor of the smaller high-rise tower. This would seem to indicate that the counterweight was allowed to drop to the ground (counterweights always weigh more than the cab). The paneling seems quite damaged, the fluorescent lamps are exposed (and show some kind of blackening), and the inspection certificate is missing. The floor anunciator appears to be from the 1960s.
