Restoration Rock plaque

Apparently the castle had undergone a major renovation in 2004, as evidenced by this plaque, which reads:

Placed here to commemorate the restoration of the Federation Tower and Grounds by the GFWC Past President's Club, Ninth District, New Jersey State Federation of Women's Clubs

Dedicated June 7, 2004 in memory of Joan M Hunt, past NJSFWC President, 1992-94 and Betsy Davis Foster, VP Past President's Club: 2002-04, PIPC Advisory Council Representative
