Eastern wall and stairs to the top

This side of the castle faces the river and the observation area. A narrow stone staircase ascends to the top of the castle, although the view from the top of the castle is not as impressive as the view from the observation area. Still, it is nice to sit up there and take in the sun and fresh air.
