Presidential Suite door missing chain and deadbolt

Many unusual features can be found on the backside of the door to the Presidential Suite. First, the door has a standard residential deadbolt, but it appears that at one time where was a vertical deadbolt as well. The deadbolt cylinder in place now is extremely inexpensive. There is also a privacy chain which has had its chain removed.
