Collapsing ceiling in main office

Near the fire alarm control panel, you'd think the automatic sprinklers had gone off or a fire hose had soaked the ceiling tiles, but in fact it was just a chronically leaky roof. Fortunately it appeared that these were just cellulose ceiling tiles, although there was plenty of asbestos to be found nearby.
