Ceiling lamp in the Golden Gate tunnel
Unfortunately this isn't much of a tour of the tunnel (you will see why in the next photo). But leading us down underground in a narrow, windowless stairwell connected to a heavy steel fire door is this incandescent ceiling light fixture with no shade treatment. It looks like it was mounted to the ceiling at some point (and the heat caused some discoloration), but had since fallen or otherwise been lowered.
