Empty scrap metal dumpster

The completely empty dumpster suggested that it had just arrived. But who was scrapping the steel? The bankruptcy trustee would obviously never have allowed anyone to strip the scrap metal but leave the debris behind. The bankruptcy was dismissed only two days prior. There is just no way that whoever was scrapping the place managed to do as much work as they had in just two days.
