Vacationer southeast exterior wall

I tried to enter through the door seen here, but it was locked, as were the other doors and the windows. Surprisingly, what should have been one of the less interesting buildings was locked up the tightest. Although the exterior appeared to be in good condition, this is one of the older buildings and had a reputation for serious issues with leaking water and pests.
