An extension cord with a four-outlet junction box dangles in the air, tied to a tree. This was likely installed to provide temporary electric service around the perimeter for the various maintenance tasks they continue to perform. It is unlikely the nearby buildings could be safely energized due to the severity of the water damage inside.
