Skating rink side view
In contrast to the earlier shot straight down the center of the ice rink, this view provides more perspective into the unusual roof beam design. Also it was pointed out to me that the round ball lights hanging from the ceiling fell out of favor some time in the late 1990s, and were functionally replaced by the sodium vapor lights which are set much closer to the ceiling. I can't help but wonder why they would do this, as the original ball lights are far more aesthetically interesting.
