This panel depicted New York City Hall, which hasn't changed much since the print! Of course the surroundings of New York City have changed dramatically. Unfortunately this shot had some motion blur which prevented me from reading the attribution written in the lower corner of the photo, which, to the best of my ability, I read as "Reprinted from (?) by R. Cumming".
