Modern kitchen in century old home

I was surprised to see a stainless steel refrigerator in the kitchen, especially considering the age of literally all the other appliances in this kitchen, however, when I opened the fridge, it smelled like it hadn't been opened in years. A quaint chandelier hangs from the vaulted ceiling which itself is adorned with ample wood trim. Pay no attention to the ghost of the original owner's murdered wife standing in the doorway.
