Main foyer and stairs to the 2nd floor

The door on the left is the side door; the front door is right behind this shot. On the left is the piano seen in the previous shot. In the center foreground is yet another fire place, this one bricked up and painted over, preserving only the mantle. This was likely done to reduce drafts when a heating system was added later. The round doorway to the dining room is just to the left of the stairs on the right which lead to the 2nd floor.
