Early 20th century push button light switch
Not a reproduction, the orientation of this switch is the same as today's switches: the white button, on top, when pressed in, switched the circuit on, whereas the black button, on bottom, switched the circuit off. Toggle switches were only invented in 1916, but didn't become popular until much later, which places this push button light switch circa the 1920s.
