Brulin has not had a location in Westwood, NJ for some time as far as I know. I believe this is some kind of floor treatment, as Brulin specializes in a wide variety of cleaning products that are environmentally friendly. This is probably the only "environmentally friendly" chemical on the property, as you'll soon see. Hey, at least he bought local.
