Well kept lawns, poorly kept buildings
This is the logic I don't really understand. Why pay a landscaper to cut the grass, which is purely aesthetic, instead of just having a caretaker do walk throughs once in a while and patch the leaking roofs? And board up the broken windows? Or run some dehumidifiers or air movers every once in a while. I just don't get why they would bother cutting the lawn at that point. And frankly, that looks like a pretty fucking new bench while we're on the subject. I don't even give a fuck if it's an old bench that someone painted. Priorities, people.
