No way! Do not enter! Private drive sign

This is extremely amusing to me for a number of reasons. This is right on the property line between the state forest in Grafton and some local property. First and foremost, it's clear that the cable set up to block this path has been ripped down, probably for some time. The owner has gone through quite a bit of trouble to keep people out of his private drive - including posting one of virtually every kind of "keep out" sign imaginable, including a modified "ONE WAY DO NOT ENTER" street sign. There are signs that read:

POSTED - No trespassing
Private Property
Road Closed
No way! Do not enter!

And my personal favorite:

Boundary - Private Property - Please do not trespass
