Anti-graffiti in a Palisades Center fire escape

Sloppy anti-graffiti work in one of the parking garage fire escape hallways at the Palisades Center Mall. As you can see, graffiti is clearly rampant in this area. And despite that mall management was too cheap to paint the wall in the first place, they now have selectively buffed out the graffiti leaving a patchwork of paint, ironically, resembling some kind of graffiti.
