My anti drug mural
I would imagine these were prefabricated and distributed to a number of public places through the ONDCP, sponsors of the "my anti-drug" campaign. Each frame depicts activities to try other than drugs. Urban exploration was one of them, of course, we were sippin' purple drank and blowing lines off the escalator balustrades, so this mural provided quite a guilt trip. But seriously, this mural has been there for at least a decade, just outside Boscov's where the old occupational therapy office was.
