Food court service elevator controller
Yep, it's a Dover. After successfully gaining access to the locked controller cabinet, I was disappointed to see that this elevator was physically disabled. A technician had removed relays from the controller - the empty relay sockets can be seen in the upper right circuit board. This method of disabling the elevator was likely specifically to prevent people like me, that know way more than we should, from putting this elevator back in service, preventing me from simply "flipping a switch" to restore service, removing the relays makes this completely non-functional.
