Not really sure what they were going for with the decor, but this was the decor of the entire food court. The certificate of occupancy notes that occupancy by more than 375 persons is dangerous and unlawful. To think, at one time, the 12 tables by 12 tables square, with 4 seats each, could easily make a busy lunch time "dangerous and unlawful". I ate many a lunch in this food court.
