Sauna in the underground health spa

Like all Catskills hotels, this hotel placed its health spas underground (most likely to ensure guest privacy - no windows). The sauna here had clearly been renovated recently, and indeed we later found out was installed in the 1990s renovations. There was one very unusual thing about this sauna... look at what's hanging on the left wall (next pic).
