Mowed lawn behind the Regency

My frustration grows as I check every last window, but every one is closed. I note that the grass on this side of the building is manicured. This shot also makes it more clear that the 4th floor of this building was actually an annex, as you can now see that the appearance of the 4th floor is clearly different than those below.
