Massive pipe cutter in storage room

I believe this is a pipe cutter, but honestly I have no idea. The basements under the main building were massive and filled with junk, such as these dirty tubes of construction adhesive seen in the foreground. One thing worth noting is that Catskills hotels were notorious for harboring bad odors. However, when your basement is filled with dirty crap like this, it's not surprising that things smell bad.
