I confirmed through a third party that this is in fact Jade. Again a ridiculous allocation of resources into a decorating budget, while under-funding the maintenance and capital improvement budget. Also notice more sculptures and covered vases. The vases, they were everywhere! On a subsequent visit all the vases had been moved into a locked storage room.
