Notice we're still not inside? I'm getting pretty pissed! What kind of building owner abandons their hotel and keeps it air tight? This is the back of the Regency building. Notice the CMU construction at the top of the stairwell spire, an unusual no-frills choice that clashes with the rest of the modern design.
