Another shot of what appeared to be the main electric feed for the building. Likely many large commercial buildings, this feed would include all three phases of the mains electric. Three phase power provides more efficient energy transmission for electric motors - such as those on large chillers! The transformers were dutifully humming along despite the likely staggering transformer losses the building owner was likely experiencing.
