Bobar-ed ceiling tiles in the Bobar
As mentioned earlier, the Bobar was set below the water table, which apparently created a moisture control nightmare. These ceiling tiles clearly did not accumulate this much damage in the less-than-a-year that the place had remained vacant. Water damaged ceiling tiles abound amidst ornate chandeliers, vases, and paintings. In my opinion, this was a major error in resource allocation!
