Solemn slalom snow hydrants
These hydrants are used to make snow. One carries pressurized air, and the other carries water. They are blown through a special snow gun that mixes the two, creating a spray of water droplets. When the compressed air decompresses, the temperature drops dramatically, causing the water droplets to freeze and become artificial snow.
