The condemned room

Perhaps this room was condemned because the pipes were asbestos wrapped. Perhaps it was condemned because the ceiling had already been crumbling, and that had had disturbed the asbestos. Either way, it is quite a creepy thought to think about what might have gone on inside the condemned closet at the old mental hospital...
