Damaged fire hose cabinet

The cabinet features a custom sticker with emergency directions (you can tell it's custom as it says "dial 2222" in step 2). Interestingly the wire glass was forcefully shattered. The paintball marks are actually from Simunition fired during the Rockland County REACT (SWAT) training drills held here. The sticker reads:

"Fire emergencies
1. Rescue - remove any person in immediate danger
2. Alarm - sound the alarm - dial 2222
3. Confine - confine the fire (by closing doors)
4. Evacuate through a safe exist, extinguish fire if possible"
