Dark patient painting

On top what appeared to be a stack of old patient paintings amidst blankets boxes and other junk was this interesting painting with some dark imagery (possibly a skull on the left?) that read:

Father do not mourn for me
Mother do not weep
Whatever man soeth
That also shall he reap
