Slow sign on Dyken Pond Road
This is one old sign, not just based on the font, which suggests that it was made no later than the 1930s, but mainly because of the rusted glass bead reflector on the bottom of the sign. Before retro-reflective signs came into vogue, signs had to have separate reflectors attached to them, like the one seen here.
