Ancient stone wall
Stone walls are a historic record and a visible reminder of a bygone era. Here, it seems that the wall was not used as a property line, as stone walls often were. Farmers that encountered rocks in their soil would often stack up the rocks at the edge of the farm area just to get the rocks out of the way. I believe that is what this is just because the height of the stacked stones is so low.
