Yeah, Otis keys
The COP also provides key-switched controls during maintenance, inspection, and emergency situations. A locked door provides access to controls for firefighters. The keys below the door, from left to right, are access, light, fan, and independent service.
The access key switch in the cab enables a separate set of access key switches typically located on the bottom and top floors, as well as the inspection controls on the top of the cab. When the access key switches on those floors are they turned, the door locks are disabled, allowing access to the hoistway.
The fan and light switches control the fan and light, respectively. You already knew this. But you may not have known that the independent service switch allows this elevator to operate without respect to the "up" and "down" hallway call buttons on each floor, instead allowing the elevator to be controlled from inside the cab only. This might be used to help someone moving in or out of a building, for example.
