Standing at the back of the cab, looking towards the door interlock. Notice the red LED near the interior door jamb; next to this is an RS-232 port for programming things like the letters and floor numbers that will appear on the floor indicator. In the foreground is the back of the inspection control panel. A warning label reads, "Danger - gain control of elevator before stepping on car top." Another warning label rads, "Caution - low overhead clearance - distance between crosshead and top of hoistway: 37 inches when car level with top landing." Watch your head!
