Mixed message warning sign

This warning sign on a heavy steel utility door, secured with a simplex lock, reads, "Warning - private - do not enter" and features a high voltage (electrocution danger) symbol. Well, which is it? Is this an electrical room or a private office? Maybe considering the cult rumors, it is a private electrocution room.
