Cult Wellness Center Under Renovation

Hidden behind a construction tarp, tucked away down the strange hallway on the third floor, was this "wellness center", clearly still under renovation (notice the nail and the painting sitting on the floor). Chairs and a beam scale are seen to the left of the photo. The owners of this particular hotel are associated with a yoga cult. Is this a cult recruiting ground?
