Just saw the place since some time in the 60s when I came up with my friend to see his cousin sing at the Browns hotel, what a shame that such nice places go under. My friend Al Williams lived there for two and a half years. His father worked at Grossingers as an engineer,he said it was some of his best years. To bad New York is so mismanaged to allow industry such as this to fail. Truly, Steve Zirimis

Wow, I stumbled across this and it is so sad...went there for my senior high school trip. We had a grand time. The pool, ice skating, the night club, the food!!! This was back in 1970. Terrible it was allowed to just tumble down. I have great memories of Grossingers.
