Original boiler house, staff quarters, and cafeteria

It was rather obvious that this building had some serious structural issues reflecting its age. This was apparently the original boiler house, which had since been converted into a maintenance garage that doubled as staff quarters and an employee cafeteria. According to Joe Lehman, a former employee, "It was unsafe in 1986."
