The only windows on the southern exterior wall look through into the hallways. Many of the windows are broken out. A layer of bricks, contrasting the yellow stucco exterior, complements the natural lines of the windows. Unfortunately for the Jennie G, the roof drains have been clogged for some time now, allowing water to pour down inside the hotel, and pour down over the roof's edge, deteriorating the building downwards from all angles.
