The full title of the magazine is "New Jersey Success" magazine. This was the November 1989 issue, and it was addressed to Howard S Weiner, apparently an employee (or more likely manager) of the resort. The cover story is "Who's best for business?" and pits Rep. James Florio head-to-head vs. Rep James Courter in the 1989 New Jersey Gubernatorial race. Florio won the Governor's seat. Today, Florio is on the board of directors for Trump Entertainment Resorts, and Courter is chairman of the IDT corporation - so it stands to reason they both have been quite successful over the last 20 years.
