The '5:30 Lock Up' thing is a bunch of garbage, if you walk around there are numerous entrances that are unguarded. Also, the 'baby on board' looking sign to the right was modified to read "CAUTION -- Loving Vehicles" (alternately it read 'Moving Vehicles').
