No picknicking no trespassing sign

This sign, believe it or not, is attached to virtually everything around this house, but not anywhere actually on the house. In other words, all the rest of the property appear to belong to Mercedes Benz, but the house doesn't. I'll have to do a little bit of digging on this one. Another amusing thing about this sign was the fact that aside from prohibiting hunting and fishing, it prohibits picnicking. I've never seen a no trespassing sign that expressly forbid picknicking before.
