High security fencing fail

Epic fencing fail. This fence was new, likely added after vandals destroyed the covered back porch area. Of course, it's not going to stop many people if the latch is locked in the open position. The lock, however, was locked. It is a 4-digit master lock, in case anyone was wondering.
