The nomenclature of the Nanuet Pavillion is probably unknown to most people in Rockland. If anything, people are more familiar with "Pavillion II", on Middletown Road in Nanuet, where the Mini-Mart and Subway are located, or "Pavillion III" on Route 59 near Route 306. They are owned by the same management company.
